- AVOID ICE-CREAM
- SHELLFISH IS A HIGH RISK FOOD
- AVOID BUYING FOOD FROM STREET VENDORS’ STALLS AS A GENERAL RULE
Another source of calories is alcohol! If you drink to excess, alcohol could lead you to become carefree and ignore these precautions.
